Our Approach To Meal Prep

Meal prep is an incredibly powerful way to support healthy eating habits, but it works only as well as you do it.

Before creating this online course, we taught meal prep out of a test kitchen to more than a thousand people. During that time, we learned a lot about what it takes for non-chefs to implement a meal-prep process that works so well that it sticks and becomes a routine.

Our approach to meal prep is based on a number of assumptions:

  • You have particular ideas about what “eating right” means, even if you don’t always live up to your own standards.
  • You are not a robot who can follow a strict diet 100% of the time.
  • You want to make a positive and lasting change in the way you consume food: You want to cultivate healthy eating habits.
  • Your schedule makes it challenging to maintain a routine.
  • Your cooking skills might not extend beyond the ability to follow directions on a box.
  • You may have family members who make it challenging to run a healthy home kitchen.
  • You are tired of searching for solutions and want this program to be the one that finally sticks.
